The telephone number is 1-314-878-1500 or 1-800-822-3535. Although the cut off date for reservations is August 13, 2008, we recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible. The rate is $99.00 + tax, of course; for a single/double room. The rate is good for 2 days before and 2 days after. Attendees need to request the group rate for USS Hornet Association. All reservations must be guaranteed by a Major Credit Card by the individual making the reservation.

Parking: Self-Parking is complimentary for the attendees of the USS Hornet. Complimentary RV parking is available, however reservations are required, please advise the hotel prior to your arrival. The hotel is conveniently located off I-270 at the Page Ave Exit. Please call the hotel if you need specific directions.

Ground Transportation: The Sheraton Westport Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service from the St. Louis Lambert Airport (STL). Upon arrival at the airport call using the free courtesy phone in the Baggage Claim area. The complimentary shuttle runs from 6:30am until 11:00pm daily.

Name Badges:
If you have attended previous reunions, you may have gotten the hard plastic name badge already. If you turned them in at the last reunion, we have them and will bring them to the reunion: but if you kept your name badge remember to bring it to the reunion. If you lost your badge, you will need to complete the form and pay for a new one. The badges validate your membership in the association and you will be recognized as a member of the group while on tours and attending functions. Click here to print the name badge form.

Registration Form:
This form provides a checklist for all the materials included and outlines action required to join in the reunion activities. Read it carefully! Complete the items requested and send the form with your Reunion Registration check to the Association Secretary. The address information is on the bottom of the form. If you would like to share a room with another shipmate, we will try to put you in touch with another shipmate who wishes to share. You will have to make the arrangements from that point on. Ship’s Store:
The catalog sheet and an order form are enclosed. You may want to place an order for some of the items before the reunion—but rest assured there will be a Ship’s Store set up at the reunion. If you decide to order something, mail your order to Lyn and Carla at the address on the forms. Be sure to include your phone number and/or e-mail address in case they have a question about your order.

National Reunion Planners:
As you will see, they have put together some very interesting tours. After reading the descriptions, complete your Reservation Form and send it to NRP. Their address is on the Reservation Form. Send the check for your tours directly to them.
